Partner Guidelines

Partner Requirements
Applicants should be prepared to provide current business and contact information, a valid driver’s license, chauffeur credentials where required, commercial insurance information, vehicle details, and any documentation Midway requests during vetting.

Approved Vehicles
Vehicles must meet Midway’s luxury presentation standards, be professionally maintained, clean inside and out, free of visible damage, and appropriate for premium chauffeured transportation. Final approval is based on year, make, model, condition, color, insurance, and service category.

Ultra Premium Standards
Partners are expected to arrive early, dress professionally, maintain immaculate vehicles, assist with luggage, communicate respectfully, drive safely, protect client privacy, avoid smoking and strong odors, and deliver a calm, discreet, hospitality-first experience.

How Onboarding Works

1. Apply — Submit your company, chauffeur, and vehicle information.

2. Document Review — Midway reviews licensing, insurance, vehicle details, and required supporting documents.

3. Vetting & Compliance — Background, license, insurance, and service-standard requirements are verified as applicable.

4. Onboarding — Approved applicants complete Midway’s onboarding and service-standard review.

5. Ride Eligibility — Approved partners may become eligible for available Midway transportation opportunities.

Important: Submission of an application does not create an employment relationship, partnership, contractor relationship, or guarantee approval, onboarding, or ride assignments. All applicants are subject to Midway’s review, verification, compliance requirements, and final approval.
