One Flat Rate

Know your agreed airport transportation rate before the trip. For eligible trips on approved routes, your rate includes inside airport meet-and-greet, standard airport parking, additional passengers within the vehicle’s capacity, and a brief stop of approximately 15–20 minutes. Return transportation from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport follows the agreed flat-rate arrangement, without a separate airport return surcharge.

Flexible Six-Hour Cancellations

Business plans change. Cancel an eligible reservation at least six hours before the scheduled pickup and pay no cancellation fee. Special itineraries and exceptions, if any, are disclosed when booked.

Enjoy up to 60 minutes of complimentary airport waiting time measured from actual flight arrival, professional chauffeur service, and complimentary vehicle upgrades when available. Our goal is to make every executive trip feel seamless.

Flexible Corporate Billing

Approved corporate accounts can receive convenient 30-day rolling invoicing instead of paying after each ride. A credit card is not required to apply. Available payment arrangements and gratuity preferences—including company-approved rates such as 10%, 15%, or 20%—are established with each account.
